The petitioner has preferred instant writ petition questioning the legality and validity of the action of the respondents in rejecting the candidature of the petitioner for recruitment to the post of Assistant Teacher (L.T. Grade) in Government Secondary Schools, due to non-uploading of the Certificate for Outstanding Sportsperson as required along with online application form. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted online application form for the post of Assistant Teacher (L.T.
