The order dated 07.01.2026 passed by the respondent No.3/Senior Superintendent of Police (Railway), Prayagraj is under challenge by which the salary of the petitioner has been revised & reduced with effect from 01.07.2011 is under challenge. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been superannuated from his service on 30.11.2025 and after retirement, the order impugned has been passed by which the salary of the petitioner has been revised & reduced retrospectively with effect from 01.07.2011. It is argued that before passing the aforesaid order, no notice or opportunity of hearing was provided to the petitioner. 4.
