The order dated 01.12.2025 passed by the respondent No.43/Senior Superintendent of Police, Aligarh is under challenge by which the salary of the petitioner has been revised & reduced with effect from 01.10.2008 is under challenge. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier to the aforesaid orders, order dated 15.07.2015 had been passed against the petitioner by which a sum of Rs.69,112 has been recovered from the petitioner. Aggrieved with the aforesaid order, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Writ A No.26126 of 2016 which was disposed ofby this Court vide order dated 30.05.2016.
