Against the order of punishment/dismissal dated 12.09.2023 passed by the respondent No.2, the petitioner earlier approached this Court by filing Writ A No.15896 of 2024 which was disposed of by this Court on 28.02.2025. The aforesaid order reads as follows:- 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State-respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "a) Issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the impugned order dated 12.9.2023 passed by the respondent no.2, enclosed as Annexure-1 to the writ petition. b0 Issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondent Authorities to reinstate the services, with all consequential benefits. c.) Issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondents authorities, to pay all the arrears of salary since the pu
