Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri Anadi Krishna, learned counsel for the respondents No. 1 to 5, and perused the record on board. 2. This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of certiorari to set aside the order dated 19.08.2025 sent from the office of Assistant Regional Manager, Aligarh Depot, U.P.S.R.T.C. by which his pay was revised and fixed at lower pay scale and order dated 25.08.2025 by which recovery of Rs. 03,59,444/- has been made. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to revise the pay scale and pay the retirement benefits including gratuity and pension and others on the basis of last draw of pay scale i.e. Rs. 44,100/- and refund the recovered amount of Rs. 03,59,444/-
