Ojha, learned Senior Counsel that petitioner was appointed on Class-IV post after the approval was granted by the Deputy Inspector of Police (Establishment) U.P. Police, Headquarters, Prayagraj/ Respondent No.4 dated 15.04.2025. 2. Pursuant to the aforesaid the letter of appointment dated 17.04.2025 was issued to the petitioner by the Superintendent of Police, Kushinagar / Respondent No.7. 3. Aggrieved against the part of the aforesaid order by which the petitioner was directed to work on the post of Cook, the petitioner earlier approached this Court by filing Writ A No.5008 of 2026, which was finally disposed of by this Court vide judgment and order dated 09.04.2026. 4.
