At the request of counsel for the parties, the matter has been finally heard at this stage. 2. This petition is directed against order dated 22.04.2026 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad whereby the Original Application ('OA') filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. 3. The case of the petitioner was that he took voluntary retirement from service on 31.08.2024 from the post of Loco Pilot (Male) in East Central Railway. He received all retiral benefits and is also receiving a regular monthly pension. Since payment for the sick period from 27.07.2024 to 31.08.2024 was not received, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 20.11.2024.
