The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayers :- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 03.04.2026 passed by respondent no.03 whereby only temporary pension granted to the petitioner. (b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to pay regular pension as well as retiral benefits i.e. Gratuity, leave encashment, G.P.F., insurance and other benefits liable to be paid in favour of the petitioner within stipulated time." 2. The order dated 03.04.2026 was passed by the Superintendent of Police, Chandauli that due to pendency of a criminal case against the petitioner interim pension has been sanctioned for a period of four months namely 01.03.2026 till 31.07.2026 @ Rs.30,200/- per month along-with dearness allowance. 3.
