Heard Mr. Alok Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents, and perused the record. 2. The petitioners have preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondents to pay remaining stipend to each candidates of V.B.T.C. 2004, i.e. Rs.20,000/- with interest. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the Government Order dated 14.01.2004, the petitioners were entitled for payment of a stipend of Rs.2,500/- from the commencement of their training period until the date of their appointment. The petitioners commenced BTC training on 01.08.2004 and were subsequently appointed in the year 2005; therefore, they are entitled for the payment of the said stipend. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners argued that controversy involved in the present petition has already been decided by this Court in Writ-A No.15505 of 2
