Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the posting order dated 26.07.2025 passed by Respondent No. 4 as well as the impugned order dated 11.08.2025 passed by Respondent No. 3 i.e. (Annexure No. 2 & 3 to the writ petition. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to repatriate the petitioner to his parent department of Civil Police Wing from working on deputation Dial 112 Project, Baghpat to the place from where he was send on deputation to Dial 112 Project of Police Wing by deciding pending representation dated 26.11.2025 moved in compliance of the order/direction dated 30.10.2025." 2.
