The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to issue a writ in the nature of quo-warranto calling upon the Respondent No.5 namely Rajaram to show cause as to under what authority of law continuing / holding of the post of Constable (Mali) in C.R.P.F. and also to declare the appointment of the respondent no.5 on the post of Constable (Mali) in C.R.P.F. is null and void and direct the Respondent No.5 to vacate the said post. 2. The facts as narrated in the writ petition are that the petitioner is Ex- Pradhan and also social worker and active in social works in the interest of public. It is stated in paragraph-8 of the writ petition that respondent no. 5 was born in the year 1983 as per the family register.
