Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier a writ petition being Writ-A No.10571 of 2024 (Ravindra Singh vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) was filed, wherein until further orders of the Court, the effect and operation of order dated 11.06.2024, passed by respondent no.2- Director General, School Education/State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Lucknow, U.P. was stayed.
