The petitioner was given appointment on officiating capacity on the post of Ziledar (District Irrigation Officer) after superannuation of one Shri Radhey Shyam Chauhan vide letter dated 11.09.2025 issued by the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department (Nalkoop Khand), Mau/Respondent No.3. 2. It is clearly mentioned in the aforesaid order that petitioner will not get any additional salary /emoluments pursuant to the aforesaid order. Pursuant to the aforesaid, the petitioner joined the aforesaid post on 17.09.2025. 3. It is argued that since the salary on the post of Ziledar was not paid to the petitioner, petitioner approached this Court by filing Writ A No.402 of 2026 which was finally disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the authorities and the authority concerned was directed to decide the same in accordance with law. 4.
