It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery could not be sought against the petitioner after his retirement and that too on the ground that some wrong fixation has been done in the year 2008. In support of his arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner placed reliance upon judgement and order dated 27.02.2026 passed by Lucknow Bench of this Court in the case of Shiv Bahadur Singh Vs.
