This petition is directed against order dated 19 March 2026 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad ('Tribunal'), whereby the contempt petition filed by the petitioner has been closed and cosigned to record. 2. The contempt petition was filed by the petitioner inter alia on the ground that order dated 11.10.2018 passed by the Tribunal in Original Application No. 1013 of 2006, whereby it was held that the applicants therein were entitled to relief as was given by Rajasthan High Court and it was directed that the applicants or their legal heirs, who would be interested to perform the duty of the Commission Vendor as per the existing policy of the Railway Board and as per the terms and conditions of their licence, shall be allowed by the respondents to continue to work as Commission Vendo
