Advertisement issued by the Respondent No.2 namely District Magistrate / District Programme Coordinator (MGNREGA), Budaun dated 23.03.2026 by which the various post by way of outsource is under challenged in the present writ petition. 2. It is argued that petitioner nos.1 to 25 are working on the post of Technical Assistant in different Blocks at Gram Panchayat Level and petitioner nos.26, 27 and 28 are working on the post of Additional Programme Officer in various development blocks and further the petitioner no.29 is working as Account Assistant at Block Level. It is argued that petitioners are working since 2010 on the aforesaid post. 3. Aggrieved against the notification dated 23.03.2026 they preferred the present writ petition. 4. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioners that the advertisement is bad in the eyes of law as many as 54 Technical Assistants are still working
