The petitioner was superannuated from the post of Sub Inspector on 31.12.2024 and the last pay drawn was Rs.64,100/- further the same has been altered to Rs.60,400/-. Aggrieved against the aforesaid a petition being Writ A No.17437 of 2025 was filed, which was disposed of on 20.11.2025. The order dated 20.11.2025 reads as follows :- "1. Heard Sri Subhash Chandra Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he got superannuated from the post of Sub-Inspector on 31.12.2024 and the last pay drawn was Rs.64100, however, the same has been altered to Rs.60400/-. According to the writ petitioner, the said exercise is unilateral post retirement of the writ petitioner without putting him to notice, and he is being paid incorrect last pay drawn.
