The order of suspension passed by the State Government dated 04.02.2026 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 3. It is argued by Sri Rakesh Pande, learned Senior Counsel that person, who was released on bail namely Ravindra Singh @ Ravi Nagar @ Ravi Kana son of Yatindra Singh moved an application for bail before this Court being Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.41233 of 2025 in which bail order has been passed on December 15, 2025. Pursuant to the aforesaid form of release was issued by the Sessions Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar on 27.01.2026, which was received by the Jail Authorities in District Jail, Banda on 28.01.2026 and thereafter Ravindra Singh @ Ravi Nagar @ Ravi Kana son of Yat
