The detenue has been produced before the Court by the SHO Police Station Shivaji Colony Rohtak. The detenue has stated that she is 21 years old, and that she is residing with the respondent No.5 (her father) with her free will. She further states that she does not want to stay with the petitioner, who is husband of the detenue. A separate statement of the detenue to this effect has also been recorded.
