(Oral) This petition is the first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita’, 2023. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.227 dated 07.12.2024, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 109, 115(2), 190, 191(3) and 351(2) of , Police Station Lambi, District Sri Mukatsar Sahib. 2. The abovementioned FIR came into being at the instance of ‘Rani’, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only.
