In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.05.2024 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.1, whereby, services of the petitioner were terminated without giving any notice or opportunity of hearing. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that services of the petitioner were terminated in light of the complaint filed by complainant, namely, Smt. Anjali. He submits that on the basis of the complaint, an FIR No.99 dated 24.05.2024, under Sections 406, 420 & 120-B IPC was also registered at Police Station Central, Sector-17, Chandigarh against the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that in the abovesaid FIR, compromise has been effected between the parties and the parties were sent to the trial Court for recording their state
