Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking regular bail in case FIR No.49 dated 03.05.2025, under Sections 21(c), 27-A,29,31 of NDPS Act and Sections 25/54 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station ‘C’ Division, District Amrtisar. 2. On the basis of secret information, FIR in the instant case was initially registered against petitioner-Vishal Kumar @ Billu, and his uncle Amandeep Singh. Upon interception, 340 grams of heroin was recovered from the personal possession of the petitioner on his demarcation. On the basis of the disclosure statement of the arrested accused in the FIR, another accused-Ajay, was arrested, and 1 kg of heroin along with one pistol was recovered from his possession.
