The present criminal writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 3 of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 2022 , seeking release on parole for a period of ten weeks to enable him to perform the necessary tasks and fulfilling his obligations towards his family. 2.
