The petitioner has filed the present revision petition against the impugned judgment dated 05.04.2018, passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram, whereby, the appeal filed by the petitioner was ordered to be dismissed and the impugned judgment of conviction dated 27.11.2017 and order of sentence dated 28.11.2017, passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurugram, whereby the petitioner was ordered to be convicted for the offence punishable under Section 411 of IPC and was sentenced as under:- Under Section 411 of IPC R.I for a period of one year and to pay a fine of Rs.1000/-, in default of payment to further undergo SI for a period of 15 days. 2. The brief facts of the prosecution case is based on a complaint filed by Naveen Yadav- complainant, in which he stated that on 27.12.2015 at about 12.30 P.M. he had parked his car bearing
