Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 0012/2026 dated 07.03.2026, registered at Police Station Parliament Street, Delhi, for commission of offences under Sections 115(2)/126(2)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Sections 323/341/34 IPC), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The abovesaid FIR was registered on the basis of complaint made by Neeraj (respondent No.2), who at the relevant time, was driving his Alto Car. Some scuffle took place with the occupants of another vehicle i.e. Brezza Car as the abovesaid Brezza Car was being driven in violation of traffic rules and Signature Not Verified Signed By:SONIA W.P.(CRL) 1427/2026 1 THAPLIYAL Signing Date:05.05.2026 17:33:52 regulations. The driver of such Brezza car stopped the way of the complainant by blocking their vehicle and, thereafter, altercation took place and complainant was beaten up with a baseball bat. 3. The incident in question is very recent and the case is at the stage of investigation. In the interregnum, both the sides have entered into compromise and the settlement terms have been reduced in writing vide Settlement Deed dated 16.04.2026. 4. Respondent No.2 is present in Court
