The instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S for quashing the order Dated 13.11.2024 and 24.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehgarh Sahib, in FIR No. 26 Dated 28.03.2022 (Annexure P-2), registered under Sections 323, 324, 325, 341, 148, 149, 506 of IPC, at Police Station Bassi Pathana, District Fatehgarh Sahib, vide which the Bail Bonds and Surety Bonds of the petitioner were cancelled and forfeited and further the petitioner has been declared proclaimed person due to his non-appearance. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition in hand, with liberty to file afresh, in case cause of action so ensues. 3. Ordered accordingly.
