(Oral): This is first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’. This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.93 dated 03.06.2025 for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 109(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 and Section 25, 27, 59 of Arms Act, Police Station Bahu Akpurpur, District Rohtak. 2. The FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘Ravinder’, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only. It was stated stated by the above named complainant that on 03.06.2025 he along with his brother was irrigating his fields, and that at about 01.25 P.M. ‘Vinod’ (petitioner herein) came to the fields on scooty, armed with a farsa (chopper) and fire arm.
