Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-University to release the pensionary benefits of the petitioner after counting her entire service i.e. from 04.09.1994 to 20.04.2006 on daily wage and from 20.04.2006 to 29.10.2013 on ad hoc basis, rendered by her prior to her regularization from 29.10.2013 to 01.12.2019 for the purpose of pensionary benefits and to pay the full pension, gratuity, leave encashment and other consequential/retiral benefits with interest @ 18% per annum. Further, to release the revised gratuity, leave encashment, furlough leave and arrears of pension/arrears of salary and all consequential benefits of the petitioner on account of increase in pay scale/
