Additional Sessions Judge Fazilka, vide which sentence of the petitioner has been suspended with the condition to deposit 20% of the compensation amount awarded by the learned Trial Court in CRA No. 292 of 2022 tilted as ‘Vinod Kumar Versus Vijay Kumar’ filed by the petitioner against the judgment of conviction/order of sentence order dated 03.11.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Abohar. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition in hand, as a compromise has since been effected between the rival parties. 3.
