Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the amount of revised 6th Pay Commission benefits of Gratuity, Leave Encashment and all other remaining benefits of the petitioner along with interest @ 18% for the delayed period, for which the representations dated 10.02.2026 and dated 18.03.2026 (Annexures P-4 and P-5, respectively) have been served by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the representations dated 10.02.2026 (Annexures P-4) and dated 18.03.2026 (Annexures P-5) submitted by the petitioner are decided by respondent No.3 by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner.
