The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.65, dated 09.03.2026, under Sections 331(6), 329(3), 304, 305, 324(4), 191(3), 190 and 62 BNS, registered at Police Station Canal Colony Bathinda, District Bathinda. 2. On 25.05.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- “Learned counsel contends that the petitioner is a co-sharer of the property with the complainant and thus, has been falsely implicated in the present case. He was not present at the spot, which is apparent from the CCTV footage. There is delay of 2 days in lodging the FIR. The dispute is civil in nature between the co-sharers.
