In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to reimburse the full medical expenses incurred on the treatment of his wife. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s wife had undergone the medical treatment for the period from 22.07.2025 to 29.07.2025. He submits that total expense incurred on the treatment is Rs.3,20,869/-. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has submitted all the requisite medical documents for the purpose of reimbursement of the abovesaid amount, however, the respondents have not released the same.
