Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.305 dated 22.12.2025, under Section 21(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’), registered at Police Station Sadar Bathinda, District Bathinda, Punjab. 2.
