This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS (482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing the order dated 23.10.2025 (Annexure P-7) passed by the Ld. SDJM, Hodal, in criminal complaint No.NACT-134-2018 dated 27.07.2018 titled as ‘M/s Ram Trading Company Vs. Mukesh Sharma and others’ vide which the petitioners have been declared as proclaimed person. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that summons and proclaimation was issued to petitioner No.1 on the address of the company and the same was never issued on the residential address of petitioner No.1 and as far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, he is not party in the complaint. Consequently, they could not appear before the learned trial Court. As such, they were declared as proclaimed person vide order dated 23.10.2025 (Annexure P-7).
