At the outset, it is noticed that learned counsel for the petitioners has not appeared to assist the Court. However, upon perusal of the pleadings on record and after hearing learned State counsel, it transpires that the petitioners have approached this Court primarily on the apprehension that their services may be terminated without following due process of law.
