Plaintiffs are in appeal. For convenience, parties hereinafter are referred to by their original position in the suit i.e. the appellants as plaintiffs and respondents as defendants. 2. Plaintiffs filed suit for recovery of Rs.2,71,000/- against the defendants. As per the case of the plaintiffs, plaintiff and defendant No.1 were partners of defendant No.2 firm. The said farm was in the business of manufacturing thread balls, candles and wool process etc. The partnership deed was executed between plaintiff and defendant No.1 on 07.12.1992 and since then, they were running business under the name and style of M/s.
