The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, mandamus or any other nature thereby directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner in view of the regularization policy of the Haryana Government and further to pay the consequential benefits to the petitioner from the due date. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the Government of Haryana formulated a policy for regularization of casual/daily wage employees who had completed three years of service as of June 2014.
