The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS/438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0059 dated 03.04.2026 registered under Sections 304(2) and 3(5) of the BNS (34 IPC) at Police Station Civil Lines Amritsar, District Amritsar. 2. The case of the prosecution is that complainant Kiran Chadha got recorded her statement alleging therein that on 02.04.2026 at about 2:45 PM, she along with her sister-in-law was standing near Ram Dham Temple, Amritsar. In the meantime, two young boys came from behind on a motorcycle and snatched the black coloured purse being carried by the complainant and fled away from the spot. The purse allegedly contained cash amounting to Rs.8,000/- and Aadhar Card. On the basis of the said statement, the present FIR was registered against unknown persons. 3. Learned counse
