Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the above referred to order, affidavit dated 12.03.2026 of Sh. Gagan Ajit Singh, PPS, Supdt. Of Police, District Malerkotla along with speaking order dated 25.02.2026 has been filed, which was taken on record on the last date of hearing. 3. In view of the above, order dated 22.09.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-28350-2025 has already been complied with, as speaking order dated 25.02.2026 has been passed. 4. Accordingly, the contempt is purged. Rule is discharged. 5. Needless to say that petitioner can avail any other remedy as is available to him, in accordance with law, to challenge the speaking order dated 25.02.2026. 6. Pending
