Chief Secretary to Govt. of Haryana at Chandigarh, whereby petitioner has been dismissed from service merely on account of registration of FIR No.458 dated 21.10.2023 under Sections 419, 420 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Ladwa District Kurukshetra (P-1). 2.
