Present second petition has been filed praying for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.088 dated 09.06.2025, under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Behal, District Bhiwani. 2. Succinctly facts of the case are that the FIR has been lodged on the statement of complainants, namely, Naresh and Kuldeep. It was alleged that their fields fall in Khewat Nos. 130, 131, 90 and 95 and 129, respectively and they had handed over their mustard crop to Vikas (present petitioner) for taking the same to Mandi and the weight of mustard crop of Naresh was 204 quintals and the weight of mustard crop of Kuldeep was 37 quintals and Vikas had taken their crop in vehicles No.H
