Through the instant writ petition, the petitioner impugns the order dated 21.06.2023 passed by the State Information Commission, Haryana, on the solitary ground that there was perversity in the recording of facts to the effect that the entire information sought by the petitioner had been received by him. 2. This Court specifically queried learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether any application had been filed before the State Information Commission in this regard, to which she fairly conceded in the negative. 3.
