He is further praying for restraining the respondents from auctioning, alienating or creating any third party right in respect of aforesaid vehicle. 2. The petitioner has purchased vehicle bearing No.HR-64-B-9570 against loan from respondent No.2. The petitioner failed to pay three installments during 2025-26. Respondents forcibly took possession of aforesaid vehicle on 25.04.2026. The respondent(s) has issued notice dated 27.04.2026 proposing auction/sale of said vehicle.
