On 22.4.2026, the following order was passed: ‘Apprehending his arrest in FIR No. 233 dated 24.07.2025 under Sections 316(2) (406 IPC), 318(4) (420 IPC), 338 (467 IPC), 336(3) (406 IPC), 340, 61 (120A IPC), 351(2) (506 IPC), 3(5) (34 IPC) of The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Kheripul, District Faridabad; the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail. Counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that the genesis/backdrop of the FIR in question is a civil/property dispute, a somewhat similarly placed co-accused namely Dal Chand Tanwar @ D.C. Tanwar has been afforded the concession of anticipatory bail vide order dated 10.0
