It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.381 dated 18.09.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 109(1), 115, 118(1), 118(2), 190, 191(3), 251(3) and 61 of (erstwhile 307, 321, 324, 326, 149, 148, 507 and 120-B of IPC), Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal. 2.
