(ORAL) The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to release the petitioner’s salary from September 2025. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submitted that earlier the petitioner’s salary could not be released for want of necessary approval for extension of his engagement. It has now been paid to him from September 2025 to March 2026. The remaining salary from April 2026 to June 2026 will be released within fifteen days, and he will be paid regularly in future also. 3. In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 4. Ordered accordingly.
