The instant one is the third petition that has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. (which corresponds to Section 528 of BNSS, 2023) for quashing of FIR No. 48 dated 16.04.2021, registered under Section 420 of IPC at Police Station Adampur, District Jalandhar (Rural) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.
