The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to shift the electricity transformer/heavy machinery installed in his plot. He is further seeking direction to respondents to decide his representation dated 16.04.2026. 2. The petitioner is a resident of Village Niranjanpur, Fattuwal, Tehsil Baba Bakala Sahib, District Amritsar, Punjab. The respondents- authorities have installed electricity transformer/heavy machinery in his plot due to which there is electric current in his house as well as has resulted into death of his animals.
