It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.993 dated 22.10.2022, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 307, 326, 34, 302 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and 25 and 29 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Sadar Karnal, District Karnal. 2. The FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘Sumit’ hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only.
