This is a petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.0047, dated 18.07.2024 (Annexure P-1), under Section 281 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Sector 49, Chandigarh with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 28.08.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2.
